    good day! I am currently constructing my study , Interactive skills of staff nurse and the health seeking behaviors of the chronically ill adult patient, I checked the questionnaires and I am trying to find a tool that I could use as basis. I was wondering if I could get your input as to how I could direct the question more to determine health seeking behaviors. Appreciate it much thank you!

    While stuDYING this theory I had relief of physical sx's of farts and diarrhea, this made me mad because I had to sit and smell it and then no one was willing to come in the room with me so I was alone. :(
